PICTURES FROM BE BLESSED 5... QUARTERLY POETRY AND SUNDRY TALENT EVENT HELD IN UI ZOO ON 25 JAN 2014

On Saturday 25th January 2014, the fifth edition of Be Blessed, a Poetry and sundry Talent event was held at the zoological gardens of University of Ibadan. The quarterly event holds in January, April, July, and October. The first of the event this year, it played host to variety of creative lovers from within and outside the city of Ibadan. This edition was however a step up from earlier editions, being first time to showcase talents for many of the Poets they performed like their lives depend on it. Some even defied the Nigeria Morocco CHAN football match to wait till the program ended some minutes to 5pm.

If you missed the event, well, you missed indeed. Nevertheless, there will be another opportunity for those who wish to perform at the event as the next edition has been scheduled to hold at same venue and same time on the last Saturday of April 2014. Enquiries/bookings/support/sponsorship can be done by calling 07034198264 or 08176041813.
