THINGS PEOPLE WHO WILL ATTEND #BB8 POETRY EVENT ON 25 OCTOBER WILL NOT MISS

For people, both Poets and non-Poets, who will attend Be Blessed-8 (Quarterly Poetry & Sundry Talent Event) it’s a time to merry again and mingle with like minds. But this forthcoming edition will prove to go the extra-mile: it’s going to be organized more like a party for Poets, especially the Poets born in October.

The event that started 3 years ago in Ajah-Lagos as a big sitting room party will be celebrating her 3rd anniversary. The fun-filled and fulfilling 3 years of organizing the event almost suffered death in the first year, but now it’s growing bigger and getting more fans, even from those who used to critique her style. The core aim of the event, ofcourse, is to create a room where both upcoming and already established Poets perform, mingle, and motivate one another; and this is already being achieved with established poets gracing past editions such as Tade Ipadeola, Efe Paul Azino, Ndukwe Onuoha, Funmi Aluko, Iquo Eke, Olulu, Uche Uwadinachi, Soonest Nathaniel, etc. The last two names amongst some others are nevertheless set to return for this coming anniversary edition.

So come Saturday 25th of October 2014 Be Blessed (poetry & sundry talent event), otherwise known as #bb8, will hold again in Zoological Gardens of University of Ibadan. Start time will be 1:00pm on dot more because the performers for this edition are much more than earlier editions. Details again are as follows:
